What Kinds of Specialized Test Kits Do You Work With?
We work with any specialized test kit, regardless of the lab or company you ordered it from. Our role is simply to perform the blood collection using your kit's instructions and supplies; you're responsible for shipping it back for testing. Some kits require a physician's signature before collection, so be sure to check your kit's requirements and obtain one in advance if needed.

FloLabs comes to you, whether that's your home or place of work. Just specify your location when booking, and note that Specialized Test Kit appointments are generally offered Mondays and Tuesdays, to reduce the risk of shipping delays over the weekend.

Some specialized test kits require one. It's your responsibility to check your kit's requirements and obtain a signature before your appointment, if needed.

Booking earlier in the week reduces the chance your sample sits in transit over a weekend, which can affect sample viability depending on the test.

FloLabs is not responsible for delays or lost packages once your kit has been shipped. Once it leaves our hands, it's in the courier's.

If a recollection is required due to shipping delays or other circumstances outside FloLabs' control, a new collection fee will apply.
