About the Role
As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will travel to clients throughout Calgary and surrounding areas to perform mobile laboratory collections in homes, workplaces, clinics, and other healthcare settings.
This role is well suited to someone who values flexibility, and takes pride in providing a calm, positive patient experience.

What You’ll Do
Perform professional, high-quality specimen collections
Travel to client appointments throughout the Calgary area
Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care
Maintain accurate documentation and follow collection protocols
Represent FloLabs with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
Excellent phlebotomy skills and specimen collection experience
Experience performing ECGs
Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of two years’ phlebotomy experience
Confidence working independently in a mobile environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients
Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Access to a reliable vehicle
Satisfactory criminal record check
Commitment to patient privacy, confidentiality, and high-quality care
Schedule
This role offers flexible scheduling based on availability. Work volume may vary depending on client demand and your availability, with opportunities to take on additional appointments as the business grows.
Compensation
Competitive compensation including a guaranteed hourly wage plus appointment-based premiums, designed to reflect a market-competitive total earnings structure.
