Yes, for general bloodwork and urinalysis, a valid lab requisition from your physician or healthcare provider is required. Please have the paper copy available during your appointment.

You can book your appointment easily online or by contacting us directly via phone or email. Appointments are typically available within 24-48 hours.

Yes, we can accommodate multiple individuals during one visit. Please reach out to us to discuss in order for FloLabs to ensure enough time is allocated for your appointment. Additional charges may apply.

Absolutely. You can schedule appointments on behalf of someone else requiring our services. When doing so, please ensure you are inputting their information where required.

Your lab service will be conducted by a certified and experienced professional dedicated to providing safe and compassionate care.

We can collect samples for a wide range of tests, including blood, urine, electrocardiogram, and other physician-ordered laboratory tests.

You can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid charges. From your confirmation email, please select "Change/Cancel Appointment Button", to cancel or reschedule.

Samples are delivered for processing the same day as your appointment. Results are generally back to your ordering physician within 24-72 hours.

We provide mobile lab services across Calgary and surrounding areas such as Airdrie, Okotoks and Cochrane. Contact us to confirm if your location is within our service area.
